What guarantee do I get with the wheels?
All Alpina wheels now come with 2 years warranty
We stand by our product and customers 100%. In the event of an issue we will always work with the purchasing customer to maintain a satisfactory conclusion.
** Please note King -Wheels can only offer warranty to customers who have purchased through King -Wheels **
For warranty claims all return shipping costs are at the customers expense
If a claim is validated repair and return shipping is free of charge
If the claim is refused we will advise the customer of cost of the repair and return shipping cost is at the customers expense
All tyres , discs and sprocket etc must be removed prior to shipping
Can alpina spare parts be bought if needed?
Yes you can order Alpina spare parts online here spare parts
Can the nipples be opposite to the rim colours if wanted, i.e. two colours?
Yes by request the nipples can be opposite to the rim colour or the same as rim colours. You can choose your preferred nipple configuration during the online ordering process on this website.
Can I order a bespoke wheelset to match my bike colours?

The colour options available for your bike are listed when you order on this website.
The standard colours are Fluo ( Florescent ) Or Pastel colours – Glossy or Matte
How long does it take for the wheelsets to arrive?
We aim to construct your wheels in 8 – 10 weeks but it may be slightly longer in exceptional circumstances.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide , the shipping cost is calculated at checkout .
How is my order shipped, is it insured and do I receive a tracking number?
All international orders are are shipped by either fedex or DHL. UK orders are usually shipped by UPS.
All wheels are now transported with free Insurance .
All customers will receive a tracking number.
Do you make one off wheels for other bikes not listed?

How can i pay
There are several payment options
1) At the check out you have an option to pay by card or via secure sage pay
2) Once in check out you can select Paypal as your payment option
3) Using ” contact us ” you can pay by international bank transfer – UK customers can also pay by cheque but funds must clear first
CAN I ORDER ONE WHEEL only?
Yes select the front or rear wheel from the drop box menu
