We aim to construct your order within 8 to 12 weeks , all orders are made bespoke to the customers exact requirements , In rare circumstances delivery times may be longer due to circumstances out of our control.
All wheels are hand built , we will not send out any wheels that do not meet our strict quality control, if a part does not meet our quality control after the anodising and paint process , it may need to be re finished thus adding to the delivery time ( the above is very rare)
All World wide shipping is via DHL FedEX etc Airmail , please note we now include free insurance on all orders
You will be emailed a tracking number prior to delivery
Alpina boxes are very large , Inside the large box are two more smaller boxes to keep the wheels separate
Each wheel is the wrapped in a polystyrene foam that acts like an oyster to protect the wheels further
Since we have used this new shipping design we can be assure that the wheels will reach the destination without damage
The only downside is that shipping is more expensive due to the size and weight but the benefit of the extra protection is compensation
